Meet us at Seven Sisters Country Park for a Foraging walk down the River Cuckmere, to Cuckmere Haven and Seven Sisters Cliffs. Samphire, Sea Weed, Sea Vegetables and an awesome day out by the Sea. Looking at Gorgeous Sussex Samphire and other abundant Sea Vegetables, learn how to Identify, Harvest and Prepare for eating! We will also delve into the Rock Pools infront of Seven Sisters Cliffs looking at Sea Weed and Marine Life and talking about the benefits and dangers.
