With their guidance, you'll learn how to Identify, Harvest and make your own Elderflower Cordial and Champagne. These delicious and healthy drinks are perfect for spring and can be enjoyed on their own, with gin, or mixed into a fruity cocktail. Take home your own bottle and recipes to keep with you for life! We will also discuss other Elderflower recipes and enjoy and Elderflower and Nettle Iced tea! Elderflowers season is Epic!
