Little Foragers Rock Pooling Rottingdean
Come have a fish around with us, looking at Seaweed and Shell Fish! 1 Adult free per paying child.
What happens
We know how much fun it is playing in the rock pools, so come have a look with us! We will take a leisurely stroll around the beach and rock pools with a forage guide, looking at Seaweeds, Shellfish including Crabs and Prawns and looking at learning how to use the beach responsibly. The event will take place in Rottingdean, close to the beach cafe where there are toilets, refreshments and first aid. Children love Foraging and this is a great way to satisfy their outdoors needs, we won't be eating anything or promoting any shellfish eating to respect everyone, but focussing on enjoying nature and its surroundings. Each attending child or group will be required to be supervised by at least one adult (max one per child!) Recommended age 4 plus. The foray will last around an hour or so.
