What happens

Join our fungi expert Seb for a guided forage walk at our new exclusive spot near Abbots Wood right by the Cuckmere River. Discover a variety of edible wild foods while enjoying snacks made from ingredients found along the way. Well also be looking at some of the most poisonous plants in the uk, how to identify and safely avoid them! We have access to an area with various different habitats including some ancient woodland and plenty of wild food! We will be looking at how to identify wild Plants and Fungi, how we can use them for food, as a resource and to better our health and lives. Get involved in this introductory price for a short time only! Children under 12 and well behaved dogs are welcome free of charge

We are based in The Stanmer Craft Museum in Stanmer Park and run courses, supply bespoke clients and consult on sustainable foraging.
