What happens

Discover how to identify and forage Sea Weed sustainably and safely. We will introduce you to a handful of local plants you can pick and eat. Next we will take to the Clifftops for a Sea Vegetable and Sea Herb forage. You will see how to identify some of the best Wild Herbs and Vegetables around. Expect hand outs, a world of learning and to get wet! We are based in The Stanmer Craft Museum in Stanmer Park and run courses, supply bespoke clients and consult on sustainable foraging.
