About the event
A six course tasting menu delivered by creator of Urban Forage and Masterchef Christian Amys, Christian has worked in some of the best restaurants in the world after training in the South of France and now teaches the world about Wild Food.
The menu includes a Fish and Meat course, but please tell us if youre Vegan or have any other preferences and we can make you something incredible in it's place.
Hosted by Tempest Inn on Brighton seafront, we will be seated upstairs in The Kings Road arches with a gorgeous sea view. Dishes will be based around local Sussex foraged food and local ingredients.
