What happens

Its the Afternoon Tea we never knew we needed! We're bringing back our Afternoon spectacular for a One Off date, Pride Saturday, with a Glass of Elderflower champagne on arrival. Join us in our Stanmer head quarters where we will take a walk through Stanmers gorgeous Orchards and Forests, picking season fruit, vegetables and herbs. Learn how to ethically forage, pick and harvest the Best nature has to offer, including Wild Strawberries, Black Berries, Wild Cherry, Heritage Apples, Damson Cherry Plums, Gooseberries and Wild Herbs and Flowers. We will finish the session with a demonstration and served Afternoon Tea, with everything made by us with Foraged and Organic ingredients. We've got plenty in store, but you could be eating Nettle and Elder Cake, Scones and Cream, Hedgrow Jam, Fruit Sourdough Bread Sandwiches, Artisan Ice Creams and Sorbets, Pinchos and more. Served alongside our Nettle and Elderflower tea, Fresh Coffee, Foraged Mocktails and traditional Yorkshire Tea for the die hards. We will also be sharing some other stuff we forage from Brighton and Shoreham. Book now to save your spot! Vegan, Gluten Free and everyone catered for. Dogs Welcome as much as humans. We are Urban Forage, established on the 6th April 2021 by Christian Amys. Christian is a previous Masterchef:The Professionals Quarter Finalist, Michelin Chef and Master Forager. We are based in The Stanmer Craft Museum in Stanmer Park and run courses, supply bespoke clients and consult on sustainable foraging.
