Service Description
With Spring just around the corner we take a look at the best Late Winter to Early Spring foragables and give you the tool to take into Spring, with Identification tips, rules for harvesting and an awesome day out! We will be looking at Wild Herbs, Flowers, Alliums (potentially including Wild Garlic), Winter Fungi and more! Follow your guide around Stanmer Park nature reserve, learn how to sustainable and responsibly harvest wild Food. It will include a moderate walk, where you can see how we use nature to improve our diet, health and life! We will finish at the Urban Forage Workshop, where you can expect to be wowed with a cooking demo using some of the ingredients from the walk with a light lunch! 25th Feb 2023 5th March 2023 11th March 2023
