This in-person event will be a unique experience to ground yourself and tap into the healing powers of the Earth. Don't miss out on this opportunity to immerse yourself in a day of wellness and connection with like-minded individuals and a delicious vegan lunch. Immerse yourself in a gentle walk through nature with Christian, connecting with both the external environment and your internal self whilst learning about Wild Food. Next we head to The Earth Ship to share some Yoga and Meditation with Olivia and invigorate your whole body with Breathwork by Chloe. As we wind down and share our thoughts and reflections it's time to relax and finish the day with a bespoke Wild Lunch prepared by Christian and served in the grounds of the Earthship in Stanmer park. About your hosts: Olivia Holtman Is A Devoted Advocate For Transformative Experiences. With A Career Dedicated To Mental Health, She Has Engaged In Research, Facilitated Ceremonies And Explored Innovative Coping Strategies. Olivia Is Currently Working As A Therapist On A Clinical Trial Exploring The Therapeutic Potential Of Psychedelic Substances. Olivia’s Academic Journey Encompasses A Degree In Psychology And Sociology, Coupled With A Masters In Clinical Psychology, Providing Enriched Perspectives On The Human Experience. She Completed Her Yoga Teacher Training In 2016. Inspired by the healing potential of nature and movement, Olivia is committed to nurturing a world where personal growth and communal belonging intertwine seamlessly. Chloe Chenery uses the powerful tool of breathwork to connect deeply within, to feel emotions, and to release them. After graduating, she followed her dream of traveling and volunteering across South and Central America. In 2024, after a transformative breathwork session in Guatemala, she felt called to study and train with Respira Tu Amor in Mexico. This experience became the catalyst for her ever-evolving journey. Chloe is deeply passionate about continuing her training and exploring other forms of somatic therapy. Her mission is "to empower people to rediscover the breath, to encourage them to release what no longer serves them, and to reconnect mind, body, and spirit. She aims to support those ready to deepen their awareness and create spaces where people can truly be seen, heard, and felt."
